Really friendly staff in the exit office
I had too wait for 15 minutes when I dropped my car off but the pick up was very quick the process for pick up via WhatsApp is great as I don't speak a lot of Portuguese and I could use a translation tool to tell them I had arrived all in all I will book them again

Great! Carlos was very helpful and patient….as we had to cope with the aftermath of the power outage when leaving, and the “new system” for passport control(took 1.5 hours!) on return; he smiled through it all!! Thank you to everyone involved! Brian
