Drop off was in the departures drive through car park, so right next to the terminal. Communication was good with the driver who called me in advance to check our arrival time. Friendly and courteous. Used a translation app to be sure we understood everything as he didn’t speak English

Second time we use the service of Parking Terminal 1 shuttle. Very good service, even arriving in the middle of the night. Very friendly staff. We recomend!
Apesar de ter que antecipar a hora da entrada da viatura e ter sido prolongada a hora da saída, não me foi cobrado mais nada, tendo todos os contactos, tanto pessoal como telefónico, sido cinco estrelas. Obrigado pela simpatia e profissionalismo.

Always a pleasant experience
I have used this car park several times and the staff is ALWAYS professional, kind, and respectful. They go out of their way to be helpful. Once I pick up my baggage, I call them to come pick me up and they are always very responsive and arrive very quickly. I will continue to use this car park and highly recommend them to others.
