Overall, we are pleased with the convenience of dropping the car off right in front of the terminal and retrieving it there. However, when we called 30 minutes before our estimated arrival as requested during booking, we received an unpleasant response, accusing us of not being at the terminal at the indicated arrival time in the booking. This was surprising because I always provide an arrival time with some buffer since we travel with a baby and unexpected stops or traffic delays are common. Despite calling 30 minutes ahead as instructed, we were then asked to call again 5 minutes before arrival. We did so, but still had to wait another 10 minutes for the driver upon reaching the terminal. This made the car drop-off experience less than satisfactory.

Definitely the easiest and cheapest option. I have been using these services for the past 3 years every time I need to travel from Frankfurt airport and I love it. They deliver as advertised. You just drive to the terminal and someone will be waiting for you to get the car keys and you will be on your way. Once you return all you have to do is call them as soon as you get your luggage and they will come by with your car.
Hatte das Valet-Parking gebucht, Parkticket am Flughafen wurde auch übernommen, Service war super gut und würde ich definitiv wieder buchen.
