HOW DOES THE MEET & GREET SERVICE WORK?
You must call the driver approximately 20 minutes before arriving at the airport on the phone number provided in the booking voucher to inform the driver of your arrival or of any delays. This is required since the driver will expect to pick up your vehicle at the time specified.
On your arrival, please drop off your car at OR Tambo Airport. The valet will park your car in their secure car park.
On your return, once you have retrieved your luggage, please contact the number provided in your booking voucher and confirm your arrival. The driver will return your car at the airport.
Please note that Springbok Parking strictly work according to a schedule and therefore it is fundamental to provide the car park with your return flight number.

You will receive a booking voucher containing the car park's address and telephone number, along with any relevant instructions and directions, upon confirming your reservation.

Easy and on time. Car did 27km while they had it… which is in line with what I expected.
We were too early for our car on return to OR Tambo, but the car was still dropped off within 5 minutes.
Worst service received. Bookings were available online. No one answers calls. Then get an email saying we fully booked. Waiting over a week and haven't gotten my refund. Terrible experience. Will rather use Uber
