Airport Car Parking Services - Meet and Greet

My experience on my return was horrible. I and my wife waited for 1 and half hours before our vehicle arrived despirte me calling as per the process.. On top of that repeated calls to the provided number were answered once and thereafter nil. The woman who answered my call about where my vehicle was LIED TO ME!!!!! the driver on arrival did not offer any explanation. I demand further action from ACP...

Driver came 30 minutes late to bring our car. We communicated the time numerous times. That put us under a lot of pressure for the rest of the evening.

very very poor communication

Booking was easy. Battled to get through 20 min before arriving at the airport. Had to stop at a service station to phone. Eventually got through. Telephone was answered unprofessionally, just a hello. Pick up was at the drop off and not Parkade 2 like the other companies. I did not feel comfortable leaving my car and ended up leaving it in the airport parking. .

Worst car I have ever rented

Communication was a problem on return of vehicle waited at arrivals but driver was at the drop of zone. That did delay me by 20 min. I would like to suggest that communication is followed by a whatsup message to ensure everyone on the same page

The parking service drove into something with my car and broke the grill of the car in two straight down the middle and dented the front bumper. Getting in touch with them is also very difficult
