The whole thing was just a scam and the service was not delivered. I did not get the packing

My husband's phone disappear, no where to be found after collecting the car

the overall service is good but we need to include Land line phone or cell number for emegence purposes not every, watsapp is not helping when you are driving.

This is a great service. I will definitely use this service in the future. It has made my life easier and I don't have to worry about booking Ubers or waiting for Ubers anymore. This service is also well priced. The person who picked up the car are friendly. Just a comment that the person that will pick up the car at drop off will need to be there a bit earlier especially considering the traffic officers writing tickets if a car is parked at drop off.

The information around pick up and drop off was not clear and we spent a long time trying to locate the driver and car . This should be clarified

Your staff member who answered the phone was clueless. Upon arrival at the airport at the specified time, nobody was there to meet me to collect my car. The staff member who answered the phone wanted me to wait 30 minutes for him to get to the airport, but he could not tell me where to meet, nor could he tell me how to identify the person collecting my car. Never mind that I needed to catch a flight. Wait 30 minutes was all he could say. I ended up paying another company to park my vehicle. Your service is shocking to be polite. A refund would not be out of order from your side.
