1. ParkCloud Ltd deluje kot posrednik in ne prevzema nikakrsne odgovornosti za vozila na parkiriscih, hotelih in pri Meet and Greet storitvah. Strinjate se, da ste preko ParkCloud Ltd rezervirali parkirno mesto preko agencije, ki ponuja samo spletno rezervacijo. Ponudba parkirisca Vam je ponujena s strani izvajalca parkirisca, ko prispete na izbrano parkirisce. Ponudnik parkirisca so neodvisne druzbe in niso agenti niti zaposleno osebje ParkCloud Ltd. ParkCloud Ltd ni odgovorna za dejanja, napake, opustitve, jamstva, krsitve ali malomarnosti katere koli od teh dobaviteljev ali za kakrsne koli telesne poskodbe, smrt, skodo nepremicne ali druge skode ter stroske, ki izvirajo iz tega. ParkCloud Ltd ni odgovorna in ne bo povrnila nadomestila v primeru stavke, visje siel ali drugih vzrokov izven njenega neposrednega nadzora ter ni odgovorna za kakrsne koli dodatne stroske, opustitve, zamude, preusmerjanja ali dejanja katere koli vlade ali organa.

2. ParkCloud Ltd spremlja cene, da bi Vam ponudila najboljse moznosti. Glede na sezono in posebne ponudbe se lahko cene povecajo ali zmanjsajo. Navedene cene je mozno rezervirati vnaprej in vklujcujejo davek, izjemoma, ce ni navedno drugace. Glede na nacina placila, ni potrebno placati nikakrsnega nadomestila

3. Rezervacija in preklic rezervacije

  • 3.1. Rezervacije opravljene preko spletne strani ParkCloud Ltd samodejno ustvarijo obrazec o rezervaciji. ParkCloud Ltd si pridrzuje pravico do preklica rezervacije, ce ponudnik oz. izvajalec ne more zadovoljiti zahteve strank. V tem primeru se celotni denar povrne stranki.
  • 3.2. Prosimo preverite ali imate ustrezne usmeritve in navodila ter poslovno telefonsko stevilko parkirisca oz. druge podorobnosti o postopku za prihod in odhod. Vasa odgovornost je, da sledite veljavnim navodilom preden se odpravite na pot - vse zamujene rezervacije, letalske vozovnice in ostale tezave, ki bodo izhajale iz neupostevanja omenjenih navodili, ne bodo upravicene do denarnega nadomestila s strani ParkCloud Ltd.
  • 3.3 Ce boste prejeli visjo ceno na obrazcu za rezervacijo ob rezervaciji ponudnika parkirisca, ker niste sledili parvilnemu postopku rezervacije pri vstopu in izstopu rezervacije, Vam ParkCloud Ltd ne bo mogla povrniti denarja.
  • 3.4 Mozno je, da so nekateri prevozi do letalisca vkljuceni v cenovno listino ParkCloud Ltd, vendar kljub temu svetujemo, da to preverite na spletni stran izvjalca parkirisca ali pa se obrnite na ParkCloud Ltd, preden portrdite rezervacijo.
  • 3.5 Pri nekaterih parkiriscih je nujno minimalno obdobje uporabe. Ce zelite, lahko ostante le nekaj cas, vendar je potrebno placati minimalno obdobje uporabe. Brezplacna ponudba vkljucuje stroske minimalnega obdobja uporabe.
  • 3.6 Dnevne cena se lahko razlikujejo glede na datum in cas bivanja ter datum in cas prevzema in predaje vozila, kot tudi cas prevzema in predaje vozila.
  • 3.7 Odvisno od izvajalca parkirisca in izbranega izdeleka je mozno, da boste morali predati kljuce vozila osebju izvajalca parkirisca. ParkCloud Ltd Vas bo obvestila, kjer je to potrebno storiti. Ce je temu tako, se preden zapustite vozilo na parkirisu prepricajte, da je vozilo v dobrem stanju in v skladu z vsemi pravno-cestno prometnimi predpisi (npr.zavarovanje je na voljo). Izvajalec parkirisca ima v tem primeru pravico do prostega premikanja vozila zunaj parkirisca. Usluzbenci parkirisca lahko, glede na primerno velikost in prostornost parkirisca, premaknjeo Vase vozilo, tudi v nekaterih izrednih primerih, da bi se izgonili morebitinim nesrecam in oviram.
  • Ce bodo usluzbenci vozili Vase vozilo na javnih cestah, morajo imeti parkirisce popolno zavarovanje v ta namen, vendar mora narocnik oz. stranka sama to preveriti
  • 3.8 Vsako parkirisce je podvrzeno pogojem posameznega izvajalca parkirisca. Za pridobitev teh pogojev ob prihodu na parkirisce je Vasa ogovornost
  • 3.9 Vse napake, ki bi lahko povzrocile pretirano cakanje strank oz. bi imele stranke zamudo, mora stranka takoj poravnati administrativne stroske.
  • 3.10 Omejitev velikosti vozil: Vsa parkirisca niso primerna za razlicne velikosti vozil, pocitniskih prikolic, minibusov, kombijev itd,in ce so sprejeta vozila, je potrebno dodatno placilo. Ce ni navedno v podatkih parkirisc, ki se nahajajo na ParkCloud Ltd, morebitne rezervacije za standardno parkiranje veljajo samo za majhna, vozila povprecne velikosti. Ce Vase vozilo ne sodi v to kategorijo, je stranka odgovorna, da izbere primerni tip vozila na obrazcu za rezervacijo in ce slednji ni na voljo, se obrnite na ParkCloud Ltd, preden naredite rezervacijo. ParkCloud Ltd ne bo odobrila zahtevke za vracilo za vse dodatke, placljive na parkiriscu, ce je primerni tip vozila ni bil dolocen v casu rezervacije in ce izvajalec parkirisca ni mogel sprejeti tip vozila.
  • 3.11 ParkCloud Ltd svetuje svojim strankam, kako predhodno rezerviati parkirisce, tako da bodo stranke imele dovolj casa za vsa prihodnja potovanja.
  • 3.12 Vsa vozila so parkirana na lastno odgovornost stranke. V primeru pritozbe, zahteve ali spori (na primer, ce je Vase vozilo utrpelo poskodbo, ali ce je bilo ukradeno ali ste izgubili vrednost iz vozila, medtem koje bilo parkirano na parkiriscu izvajalca) se mora stranka neposredno obrniti na izvajalca parkirisca. V teh primerih ParkCloud Ltd ne prevzame nikakrsne koli odgovornosti za nastale vrste incidentov. Vsako pritozbo ob kraji ali poskodbi vozila oziroma glede na kakovost storitev, se morate neposredno obrniti na izvajalca parkrisca. ParkCloud Ltd bo na zahtevo zagotovila kontaktne podatke izvajalca parkirisca. To ne vpliva na pravice stranke.
  • 3.13 ParkCloud Ltd ne zaracuna sprememb ali odpovedi, vendar se lahko nekatere storitve parkirisc dodatno zaracunavajo upravne stroske in takse. Kadar to velja, bo treba ugotoviti ob rezervaciji na e-postnem obvestilu na potrditvenem obrazcu za rezervacijo.
  • 3.14 Nekatere storitve ponudnikov parkirisca svetujejo, da ni mozno preklicati ali spremeniti rezervacije. Za slednje storitve bo to navedeno v casu rezervacije kot tudi na obrazcu za rezervacijo parkirisca.

4. Spletna stran ParkCloud Ltd vsebuje hiperpovezave do ostalih spletnih strani, ki jih upravljajo tretje osebe. ParkCloud Ltd nima nobenega nadzora nad temi spletnimi stranmi, zato ne odgovarja za njihovo vsebino ali za katero koli krsitev pogodbe, namerno ali iz malomarnosti dejanja teh tretjih oseb, zaradi cesar imate lahko Vi in Vasi sopotniki izgubo, skodo ali prekrsek. ParkCloud Ltd ne odgovarja za tocnost podatkov na teh spletnih straneh in nima namena raziskovati ter portjevati natancnost oz. popolnost ParkCloud Ltd Slovenije. Vkljucitev katere koli spletne povezave na spletno strani ParkCloud Ltd ni v povezavi s ParkCloud Ltd. Ce ste se odlocili, da zapustite spletno stran ParkCloud Ltd za dostop teh strani, storite to na lastno odgovornost. Vsa pravila, police (vkljucno s polico o zavarovanju) in postopki delovanja spletnih strani, ki jih upravljajo te tretje osebe, veljajo za Vas, ko se nahajate na omenjenih straneh. ParkCloud Ltd ni odgovorna za nikakrsne koli informacije, ki ste jih pridobili iz teh spletnih straneh.

Vsebina spletne strani ParkCloud Ltd so avtorsko zascitene © ParkCloud d.o.o, kjer so vse pravice pridrzane, prav tako drugi izdelki ali imena podjetij, ki utegnejo biti blagovne znamke njihovih lastnikov. Slike na spletni strani ParkCloud Ltd so namenjene za ogled in se ne smejo prenasati ter hraniti v kakrsni koli obliki. Vsak komentar, ki je objavljen na spletni strani ParkCloud Ltd ne predstavlja mnenja ParkCloud Ltd.

6. Na spletni strani ParkCloud Ltd se lahko pojavijo tipkarske napake. ParkCloud Ltd ne jamci tocnosti in ne prevzema nobene odgovornosti za nepravilnosti, ki se nanasajo na informacije ali opis parkirisc, hotelov ali kakrsnih koli drugih potovalnih proizvodov oz. storitev, ki se pojavljajo na tej spletni strani (vkljucno, brez omejitev, fotografije in seznam opreme, opis splosnih predmetov, itd.), veliko informacij, ki jih izvajalci ponujajo. Vse ocene prikazane na tej spletni strani so le za splosno rabo in ParkCloud Ltd ne jamci pravilnost teh ocen. Obcasno so dodane spremembe. ParkCloud Ltd ni odgovorna za delovanje, napake, opustitve, jamstva, krsitev ali malomarnost dobavitelja ali za katero koli osebno poskodbo, smrt, skodo ali katere koli drugo skodo ali strosk, ki izhajajo iz slednjega. ParkCloud Ltd ne prevzema nobene odgovornosti in ne bo vrnila nicesar zaradi stavke, visje sile ali drugih vzrokov, ki so izven neposrednega nadzora in ni odgovorna za dodatne stroske, opustitve, zamude, spremembe ali kakrsne koli ukrepe vlade ali visjega organa. Ti pogoji in odklanjanje prejsnjega zakona ne bodo vplivali na Vas status stranke.

7. ParkCloud Ltd in njena hcerinska podjetja ter vsi uradniki, direktorji, zaposleni in agenti so zoper vsemi zahevami, vzroki za ukrepanje, izterjatvami, izgubami, skodi, globi, kazni ali drugih stroskov ali stroskov oz. odhodki, katere koli vrste ali narave, niso zasciteni, vkljucno z odskodnino, vendar neomejeno na utemeljene pravne in racunovodske pristojbine, ki jih vlozijo tretje osebe kot posledica:

  • (A) Kakrsne koli kristive teh pogojev, obvestil ali dokumentov omenjenih tukaj;
  • (B) Kakrsne koli krsitve katerega koli zakona ali pravice tretje osebe ali
  • (C) Uporaba spleta ParkCloud Ltd.

8. Kot pogoj za uporabo spletnega portala ParkCloud Ltd je slednja izjavila, da ne bodo uporabljali spletnega portala v kakrsne koli namene, ki so nezakoniti ali prepovedani v teh pogojih in obvestilih. ParkCloud Ltd je oglasevalni kanal za ParkCloud d.o.o., ki je registriran v Zdruzenem kraljestvu pod stevilko 6557569.

  1. THESE TERMS
    1. What these Terms cover. These are the Terms on which we, together with select Third Party Suppliers, supply access to Services to you.
    2. Why you should read them. Please read these Terms carefully before you submit your booking with us. These Terms tell you who we are, how we will provide access to Services to you, how you and we may change or end the contract, what to do if there is a problem and other important information. If you think that there is a mistake in these Terms, please contact us to discuss.
  2. INFORMATION ABOUT US AND HOW TO CONTACT US
    1. Who we are. We provide travel services including, for example, pre-booked vehicle access to car parking that is made available by Third Party Suppliers. We are a company registered in England and Wales with company registration number 6557569 and registered office at Peter House, Oxford Street, Manchester M1 5AN, UK. Our registered VAT number is GB983077586.
    2. How we may contact you. If we have to contact you we will do so by telephone or by writing to you at the email address or postal address you provided to us in your booking. It is your responsibility to ensure that the contact details you provide to us are correct; if you provide the wrong details to us, we will not be responsible for the consequences of any failure by you to receive any contact from us or the relevant Third Party.
    3. “Writing” includes emails. When we use the words “writing” or “written” in these Terms, this includes emails.
    4. Defined terms used in these Terms:
      1. “Contract” means the agreement between us and you under which we will provide access to Services to you and you will pay us for the Services, as set out in the relevant booking that you submit to us for the Services, which is subject to these Terms.
      2. “Services” means the provision by us to you of access to pre-booked vehicle parking spaces, airport security fast track lanes, lounges and other travel services.
      3. “Third Party Supplier” or “Third Party Suppliers” mean the suppliers we contract with in order to provide the Services that we are making available to you under the Contract.
      4. “Website” means our website at https://www.parkcloud.com or https://www.parkvia.com through which you are able to submit bookings for Services from time to time; please note that your initial enquiry in respect of Services may have been made through a different website, but any booking you submit will be funnelled to and made through https://www.parkcloud.com or https://www.parkvia.com.
  3. OUR CONTRACT WITH YOU
    1. Placing a booking. You can place a booking for Services on the Website by following the Website booking process.
    2. How we will accept your booking. Our acceptance of your booking will take place when we email a booking voucher to you, at which point a Contract will come into existence between you and us.
    3. If we cannot accept your booking. If we are unable to accept your booking, we will inform you of this in writing and will refund you for the Services as per the arrangements set out in clauses 8.8 and 8.9 below. This might be because there is no availability in the selected location at the specified time, because of unexpected limits on our resources which we could not reasonably plan for, or because we have identified an error in the price or description of the Services.
    4. Your booking reference. We will assign a booking reference to your booking and tell you what it is promptly after it has been created. It will help us if you can tell us the booking reference whenever you contact us about your booking.
    5. Managing your booking. You can manage your booking, once we have accepted it, in your Account on the Website. You will need to provide some information in respect of your booking so that you can access it in full.
  4. REGISTRATION FOR AN ACCOUNT
    1. Requirement for an Account: When you submit your booking to us through the Website, we will create an account for you on the Website (an “Account”) to manage your booking and accessed through the “Manage My Booking” tab. Instructions on how you can access your Account will be provided to you with your booking voucher.
    2. Account creation: In order for your Account to be created, we will use your name, email address and possibly some other personal information as provided to us when you placed your booking. See our Privacy and Cookies Policy for more details about this. By making a booking and therefore allowing us to create an Account for you, you warrant that you are at least 16 years of age.
    3. Valid email address: An Account must be created with a valid email address that you access regularly, so that, amongst other things, we can send administration and information emails to you. Any Account created with another person’s email address or with a temporary email address may be closed by us without notice. We may also require you to validate your Account on its creation or if we believe that you have provided us with an invalid email address. Once we have created an Account for you, you cannot change your email address for accessing the Account.
    4. Rejection: We reserve the right to refuse use of or access to any Account or the Website to anyone for any reason, at our absolute discretion. If we do this, and you need to contact us about an existing booking, please contact us on the details given at clause 9.1 below.
    5. Protect your details: When an Account is created for you, you will be provided with access details so that you can access the Account. You must keep the access details confidential and immediately notify us if there is any unauthorised use of your email address or your Account or any breach of security otherwise known to you. You acknowledge that any person to whom your access details are disclosed is authorised to act as your agent for the purposes of using (and/or transacting via) your Account. Please note that you will be entirely responsible if you do not maintain the confidentiality of your access details.
  5. SERVICES

    Services may vary slightly from their description on the Website. Although we have made every effort to describe services accurately, they may vary slightly from those descriptions, including, without limitation, due to Third Party Suppliers making changes to the services available to us.

  6. YOUR RIGHTS TO MAKE CHANGES

    If you wish to make a change to the Services you have booked, please do so by accessing your Account. We will let you know if the change is possible. If it is possible we will let you know about any changes to the price of the Services or anything else which would be necessary as a result of your requested change and ask you to confirm whether you wish to go ahead with the change.

  7. OUR RIGHTS TO MAKE CHANGES
    1. Minor changes to the Services. We or the relevant Third Party Supplier may change the Services:
      1. (a) to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements; and
      2. (b) to implement minor improvements, for example to address security or safety issues.
      We will use our reasonable efforts to ensure that any such changes will not affect your use of the Services.
    2. More significant changes to the Services and these Terms. In addition, we may make other, more significant changes to these Terms or the Services, but if we do so we will notify you and you may then contact us to end the Contract before the changes take effect and receive a refund for any Services paid for but not received.
  8. ACCESSING THE SERVICES
    1. When we will provide the booking voucher. Once your booking has been processed and we have accepted it, we will send you a booking voucher by email, which will contain details of how you can access the Services.
    2. When the Services will be provided. We, or a Third Party Supplier, will provide access to the Services which will begin and end on the dates set out in the booking.
    3. You are responsible to arrive at the time stated on the booking. Please make sure you have directions, instructions and a telephone number for the Services you have booked, and details of the entry and exit procedures. It is your responsibility to obtain valid directions before departing – we will not provide a refund for any missed bookings, flights or events, or other problems arising from your failure to obtain valid directions or instructions before the Services commenced. If the Third Party Supplier’s employees are kept waiting because of your late arrival (including, but not limited to, where they are waiting for you to give them your car keys), this may result in an administration charge, issued independently by the Third Party Supplier to you, and payable directly by you to them at that time, or the withdrawal of the Parking Service from you with no refund. Further information can be obtained directly from the Third Party Supplier, whose contact details will be on your booking voucher.
    4. Moving your vehicle. Depending on the Parking Service you have chosen, you may have to leave your vehicle keys with a Third Party Supplier. In this case, you must ensure, before leaving your vehicle, that it is in a roadworthy condition and that it has all applicable regulatory requirements (e.g. insurance) in place. The Third Party Supplier reserves the right to move your vehicle within or outside of the relevant car park by driving or otherwise to such extent as it may, at its discretion, think is necessary for the efficient arrangement of its parking facilities, in emergencies or to avoid accidents or obstructions. If the Third Party Supplier needs to take your vehicle on the public highway, its drivers will be fully insured by the Third Party Supplier for this purpose.
    5. Your vehicle is assumed to be small or average sized. Not all Third Party Suppliers can accommodate oversized vehicles, vans, camper-vans etc. and, if they are accepted, there may be an extra charge. Unless specified within the car park information provided on the Website, any bookings for the Services are valid only for small/average-sized cars. If a vehicle does not fit into this category, it is your responsibility to select the appropriate vehicle type when placing your booking, or, if the option you need is not available, it is your responsibility to contact us before booking for that vehicle. We will not accept refund requests for any supplement charged at the car park if the appropriate vehicle type is not specified when booking, or if the vehicle type cannot be accepted by the Third Party Supplier.
    6. We are not responsible for events outside our control. If supply of the Services is delayed by an event outside our control, which was not foreseeable by us or you at the time that you made your booking, then, subject to clause 11.2 below, we will not be liable for such delay or any loss flowing from that delay. If an unforeseeable delay occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we, or the relevant Third Party Supplier, will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect of any delay. Provided this happens, we will not be liable for delays caused by the unforeseeable event, even where this means that the Services are unavailable for any part, or the entirety, of the period of time for which you have booked them. In such circumstances we suggest that you contact your insurer.
    7. Your legal rights if the Services are not available. You have legal rights if the Services are not available on the date and time confirmed when we accepted your booking. If the Services are not available, you may treat the Contract as being at an end straight away; you may contact us to end the Contract and receive a refund for any Services you have paid for but not received. If you do not wish to treat the Contract as at an end, you may request a new booking for a later date. Provided we can meet this request, we will then let you know if there is any change to the cost of the Services and if there is we will either refund any difference in price, or inform you of the payment required by you to bring the total payment made up to the appropriate level, and then confirm the booking.
    8. How we will refund you. We will refund you the price you paid for the Services by the method you used for payment, or by bank transfer where the method you used for payment is no longer available.
    9. When your refund will be made. We will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 14 days of receiving confirmation of your cancellation of your booking.
  9. IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH YOUR BOOKING
    1. How to tell us about problems. If you have any questions or complaints about the Services, please contact us. You can write to us using the contact details on the Website with any questions or complaints. Please note that all complaints must be made in writing.
    2. Your legal rights. We are under a legal duty to supply services that are in conformity with this Contract. Nothing in these Terms will affect your legal rights. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 says that you can ask us to repeat or fix a service if it is not carried out with reasonable care and skill, or get some money back if we cannot fix it.
  10. PRICE AND PAYMENT
    1. Where to find the price for the Services. The price of the Services (which includes VAT) will be the price indicated on the booking pages when you placed your booking.
    2. When you must pay and how you must pay. We accept payment by various methods which will be set out at the time of booking. You must pay in full at the point of submitting your booking.
    3. What to do if you think an invoice is wrong. If you think the amount you have paid, or been asked to pay, is wrong, please contact us promptly to let us know.
  11. OUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE SUFFERED BY YOU
    1. We are responsible to you for foreseeable loss and damage caused by us. If we fail to comply with these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking this Contract or failing to use reasonable care and skill in the provision of access to Services made under this Contract, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if either it is obvious that it will happen or if, at the time the Contract was made, we and you knew it might happen, for example, if you discussed it with us during the sales process.
    2. We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors; for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or for breach of your legal rights in relation to the Services; subject to the foregoing of this clause 11.2, we will not be liable for the acts or omissions of Third Party Suppliers.
    3. We are not liable for business losses. We only provide access to the Services for domestic and private use. If you use the Services for any commercial, business or re-sale purpose we will have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
    4. We are responsible for your booking for Services only. We accept liability in respect of your booking for Services only. Your access to, and presence in, any car park is subject to the relevant Third Party Supplier’s terms and conditions (which may include, without limitation, not leaving valuables in your car, and parking being at your own risk); you can get a copy of these terms and conditions directly, and they may be available in the car park itself. You acknowledge that we are not responsible for any faults or damage to, or theft of, any property whilst you are in the car park or accessing the Services, subject to clause 11.2 above.
  12. HOW WE MAY USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
    1. How we will use your personal information. We will use the personal information you provide to us:
      1. to supply access to the Services to you, which may involve providing your personal information to Third Party Suppliers;
      2. to process your payment for the Services; and
      3. if you agreed to this during the booking process, to give you information about our other services, but you may stop receiving this at any time by contacting us on the details provided on our Website.
    2. When we will pass your personal information on to third parties. We will only give your personal information to third parties (other than Third Party Suppliers) where the law either requires or allows us to do so.

  14. OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS
    1. We may transfer this agreement to someone else. We may transfer our rights and obligations under our Contract with you to another organisation. We will always tell you in writing if this happens and we will ensure that the transfer will not adversely affect your rights under the Contract. If you are unhappy with the transfer, you may contact us to end the Contract within seven days of us telling you about it and we will refund you any payments you have made in advance for Services not yet received.
    2. You need our consent to transfer your rights to someone else. You may only transfer your rights or your obligations under your Contract with us to another person if we agree to this in writing. Please note that each booking is in respect of a specific vehicle and registration number only, so, if you would like to change the vehicle relevant to your booking, you should do so prior to the commencement of the Services through your Account.
    3. Nobody else has any rights under our Contract with you. This Contract is between you and us. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its Terms.
    4. If a court finds part of these Terms illegal, the rest will continue in force. Each of the paragraphs of these Terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them, or any parts of them, are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
    5. Even if we delay in enforcing this Contract, we can still enforce it later. If we do not insist immediately that you do anything you are required to do under these Terms, or if we delay in taking steps against you in respect of your breaking this Contract, that will not mean that you do not have to do those things and it will not prevent us taking steps against you at a later date.
    6. Which laws apply to your Contract with us and where you may bring legal proceedings. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including, without limitation, non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation, except where, by law, such dispute or claim must be brought in the jurisdiction in which you are domiciled, or where the relevant law contains mandatory provisions that override such exclusive jurisdiction.

Pravila odpovedi rezervacije

Vsaka sprememba ali odpoved rezervacije je potrebno storiti preko moznosti "Upravljanje rezervacije" ParkCloud ali tako, da posljete e-posto na ParkCloud. Ce preklicete ali spremenite rezervacijo neposredno ali po telefonu, ta rezervacija ne bo odpovedana. Ko zahtevate preklic rezervacije z moznostjo "Upravljanje rezervacije«, bo Vasa zahteva samodejno posodobljena, medtem ko se odpovedni rok (opredeljeno kot obdobje med datumom / casom, ki ste ga imeli, da zapustite vozilo in obdobjem med datumom / casom, ko je ParkCloud Slovenije videla zahtevo za preklic) meri od trenutka, ko je bil storjen preklic rezervacije z moznostjo “Upravljanje rezervacije”. Ce posljete zahtevo za preklic rezervacije po e-posti, se to zabelezi v casu uradnih ur in odpovedni rok velja od trenutka, ko ParkCloud opravi slednji proces. Svetujemo Vam, da uporabite moznost “Upravljanje rezervacije”.

Dolzina odpovednega roka:

  • Vec kot 24 ur pred datumom / casom prihoda vozila: popolno nadomestilo.
  • 24 ur ali manj pred predvidenim prihodom / casom vozila: brez nadomestila.

Prosimo upostevajte, da denarno nadomestilo ne bo povrnjeno v naslednjih primerih :

  • Spremembe potovanja (vkljucno z odpovedanim letom, krizarjenjem, zelezniskega potovanja itd): Ni nadomestila. Odgovornost je na stranki, da je obvescena o nadaljnjih potovalnih sprememb ter da ustrezno prilagoditi casovni razpored in pravocasno obvesti ParkCloud Slovenijo o vseh morebitnih spremembah. ParkCloud ni odgovorna, ce ima stranka spremembe pri potovalnemu aranzmaju (npr. Vas let, krizarjenje ali vlak je odpovedan) in ne boste upraviceni do denarnega nadomestila.
  • Zamujeni shuttle avtobusi: brez denarnega nadomestila. Avtobusni vozni redi, kjer je to omenjeno, so na voljo na spletni strani ParkCloud in so ravno tako navedeni na obrazcu za rezervacijo. Odgovornost je na stranki, da se seznani z avtobusnimi obratovalnimi urami ter ostalimi urnikom.
  • V primeru parkiranja vozila na drugem parkiriscu zaradi poznega prihoda: brez denarnega nadomestila
  • Zgreseni Meet & Greet voznik : brez denarnega nadomestila. Slednja je strankina odgovornost, da zagotovi tocne podatke srecanja in hkrati obvescanja voznika o kakrsnih koli spremembah, z ustreznim opozorilom. Ce slednja informacije o tocki srecanja ni predvidena na spletni strani in slednjih podaktov niste prejeli na potrditveni obrazec o rezervaciji parkrisca, je strankina odgovornsot, da pridobi slednje podatke od izvajalca parkirisca.
  • V primeru parkiranja vozila na drugem parkiriscu zaradi ne moznosti lociranja rezerviranega parkirisca: brez denarnega nadomestila. Navodila so vkljucena na obrazcu za rezervacijo in so tudi na voljo na spletni strani ParkCloud. Strankina je odgovornost, da preden se odpravite na pot, imate seboj potrditveni obrazec o rezervaciji in podatke o parkiriscu.
  • Pomanjkanje obrazca za rezervacijo: brez denarnega nadomestila. Obrazci za rezervacijo so poslani samodejno po elektronski posti. Strankina je odgovornost, da se obrne na ParkCloud za pridobitev ustreznih podatkov, ce obrazca za rezervacijo niste prejeli.
  • Neuporabljeni dnevi parkiranja: denarno nadomestilo ni na voljo za neizkoriscene dneve parkiranja.
  • Neprimerni tip vozila : Ni denarnega nadomestila. Strankina je odgovornost, da ugotovite, kateri tip vozil lahko parkirate, in sicer lahko slednje informacije najdete pod opisom posameznih parkirsc ali pa poklicite ParkCloud.

Odpovedni rok:

  • Več kot F24 ur pred datumom in časom predaje vozila: Celotno povračilo
  • 24 hours or less before the start date and time: Ni povračila
