How does the service work?
On the day of your departure, you hand over your vehicle to a Five Star Park and Fly employee directly at their handover location which is only 5 min from the airport. They will do a handover of your car they will help you with your luggage and take you to the airport in a comfortable shuttle bus. Your vehicle will be brought to the secure parking area nearby which is not accessible by the public by an employee of the car park. Please note that since the car is moved to a different location, you are required to leave your car keys during your absence.
The shuttle bus driver in circles between the car park and the airport every 30 minutes but if at certain times there is less traffic or there are fewer passengers, they are willing to make the shuttle bus depart earlier.
On the day of your return, a driver will pick you up at the departure area of Terminal 2 and bring you back to the handover point on the shuttle bus. You will be asked to call twice, the first time when you landed so that the employees can bring your car to the handover point and once when you have collected your luggage to arrange the shuttle transfer from the airport back to the car park.
