Proparking - Meet and greet

The car is collected and dropped off in the parking lot near the Departures and as long as you call 20 minutes before you arrive the person is there on time. If the airport is busy you may have to wait a few minutes longer but I would definitely recommend them.

They advertise: call 20 minutes before drop/off and picku-up. Actually took 45-50 minutes both times for them to arrive. Almost missed departure flight.

Car picked up from airport car park 40 mins late. Lady didn't even apologise or ook round the car for possible damage. There was some which if we were those sort of people we could have said it was done whilst parked at the car park whilst we were away. We had to call 3 times as we were running late for our flight. On our return, we called, same lady and it took her 40 mins again to bring our car to us. Had to call her again and again no apology. We said something like it has taken a long time and she said something about nor being able to get in the barrier. No apology.

The company did what they stated to do but were extremely relaxed and late. Going to Malaga Airport we called 20 minutes as required. No one picked up until we were about to enter Malaga airport and then they took longer than 20 minutes to arrive. Similar experience on the return. We called at the luggage belt as stated . They said they were on their way but no one appeared for at least 30 minutes when at the check Out point. Very stressful for anyone wanting a quick drop off or exit. There was no urgency. Yes, sure there was some traffic into Malaga Airport but this firm know Malaga airport. They need to step up. 5/10 in our experience

Very easy to drop off and pick up at the airport. That’s why I pick them! They were professional.

Little bit late on drop off and pick up

I have used other services but this service was the best. The timing with drop off and especially with the collection because I collected the car at 12:30 at night and the car was there just as I arrived. The timing was perfect. I will definitely use them again.

REALLY BAD SERVICE, I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I AM 63 AND I HAVE CANCER, THEY LEFT ME ALONE WAITING FOR OVER AN HOUR TO DELIVER MY CAR BACK TO ME. I CALLED THEM MANT TIMES BUT THEY SAID THEY WERE BUSY. I HAVE PREVIOUSLY USED PARKING 1 AND NISA PARKING WHO WERE EXCELLENT. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.....DISHONEST...

Attente un peu trop longue au retour (plus d’une 1/2 heure).

I’ve used meet and greet a few times and always seem to struggle to find the express parking on return as it’s at departures, so you need to make your way back through the airport to arrivals which is confusing. Despite having my flight number and arrival time, I had to wait nearly half an hour from calling them. My car should be there waiting for me in my opinion. Driver was friendly however and helped me with my baggage. However a half eaten bag of crisps was left in the centre console for me to dispose of. I really didn’t appreciate that or the fact that someone had been eating in my car and possibly eating while driving. I won’t be booking this service again.
