Awful to get a receipt from, poor email communication. My booking allowed me to park in the staff car park (showed my name on entry) .

Streight forward, hassle free parking.

Need sigh before car park due don't find at night or day easily

Great parking spaces were a good size and fit a larger car with good room to open the doors each side.

Digital Map supplied with booking took me to fast track parking entrance rather than the long stay. Had to call for help, then reverse from gate which would have been difficult if someone had been behind me. Exit and entry once at right park was ok but Liverpool Airport long stay is poorly signed - unclear which way to go when you are in the car park itself to find exit .

Didnt realise would need to leave keys. Further away than expected. Unsecure compound. Car blocked in on return . Delayed us leaving. Look at alternative next visit

great facility

Only problem with Ai. It doesn’t understand different languages but apart from that it’s so easy to use
