Very helpful staff. Even though he didn’t speak any English, attendant made it known there was a taxi strike. Uber didn’t work & he helped identify Cabify as an option. Accompanied us to the street to make sure that he transfered us to Cabify driver. Super helpful & friendly! And, cost of the parking was unbeatable.

The two male car park attendants were amazing! So friendly despite having the language barrier we managed to confirm we were in the right car park, park up safely and they called a taxi for us which arrived promptly and the driver was also very friendly. The taxi to the cathedral cost around €7 and took about 10 mins. There are clean toilets in the car park too! . I would definitely pre book this car park again. Shame Park Cloud isn’t available in more Spanish towns!

The car park attendant was extremely helpful and friendly and should be commended for dealing so well with two average UK tourists who needed help to find their walking tour set off point in a city that was new to them. Big thank you to him.
