I arrived at Fuerteventura airport and waited for the barrier to recognise my registration. this did not happen so therefore I had to press for a ticket to enter. this meant that on return I was going to be charged full rate instead of the lower rate I purchased via the website . I had to explain this to the person in the parking office on my return who ensured I was only charged the website amount. happy with the website booking procedure but it could have been easier if the barrier would have recognised me when entering and didn't have to explain the situation on my return
Booked long term parking (5 working days) the evening before leaving a car in the car park. In the instructions it was said, that "wait until the scanner scans the car plate and the ticket will be issued automatically, otherwise if you press the button normal fees would apply". I arrived 5 minutes later the time I booked. Waited - but nothing automatically happened. Moved with a car a bit forward and back without any results. Then press a button, got ticket. On coming back, took the ticket and the receipt from the web to the parking office - explained the case, and I was charged the price as I suppose to be charged. So eventually everything went just fine
On arrival at car park barriers with vehicle showing on screen nothing happened, we attempted to contact the pay desk to no avail, we had to take a parking ticket as we now had three other cars behind us. So for our weeks holiday we didn't know what the outcome would be. On our return we produced both your voucher and the normal parking ticket, we were given the voucher price so all ended well.
