Meet and greet was brilliant and driver so helpful and polite. It’s our first time using this company but will be our first choice from now on!

Our car was damaged and filthy on return. We asked for a complaint form and were told to email Parkvia. We emailed but still had no reply. Not at all happy

Terrible. Nobody turned up for the meet and greet at the time agreed. I ended up having to park at the expensive Airport car park instead. Later I informed parkvia by even sending them detailed information on calls made, they have still not paid me back. I would advise people to avoid this company.

Will definitely use again, very impressed.

Driver too busy on his phone. Dropped exit ticket on floor and blamed us for losing it. Will not use again unless improvements made !!
