Ensure to ring company when In arrivals so that they are there at shuttle bus stop. Also they have a seperate shuttle bus at their business reception to retrieve your car in their carpark. Could do with more signage at reception to confirm this process. Also could invest in stone to fill large potholes and tarmac the rest of the car parking areas. My car had a layer of dust due to gravel dust lifting from the gravel roads. Otherwise a good service.

I arrived at 5.30am in the dark. The personnel didn't allow me to park in the many empty spaces at the building. Instead I had to take my car across a rough terrain. An offroad van shuttled me back to the reception where I then waited for the bus to take all customers to the airport. I waited one hour before the bus came to pick us up on the return. One must wait outside the airport in zone 16 (which has no facilities) and if you leave you may miss the bus. On exiting the car park there is no procedure for cars to collect their passengers and luggage . They must stay at reception. On exiting the car park the congestion caused me to pull in too close to a low lying protruding concrete kerb and this damaged my car. Its cost 1000 euros to repair. The management refused to be helpful, instead were very hostile and so I elft feeling very disappoint with the whole ordeal. I will not be returning there.

Not a very good service, wasn’t enough seats for all passengers, so one passenger had to sit were the luggage is kept. Really un-organised set up ! Wouldn’t use the service again for a saving of 10 euro

Service was appalling. I arrived at 5am. I needed to be at the airport at 6. There was a small minibus on site. I was told to wait to park. After 20 minutes I was told I would have to wait 10 minutes for the next bus. Obviously a lie. 20 minutes later I was told the next bus would be in 20 minutes. Eventually the bus came. As I was waiting in my car, other people came with suitcases. I was directed into a field that was so full of potholes that you had to drive at 5 km. Another minibus brought us back to reception. When we got there the other bus was gone. It was now 6.15 and I fear I was going to miss my flight. I had to call for a lift. Worst experience ever. Never book parking at the White House North Road .

While drop off at airport was ok, I cannot say the same about our collection at airport for carpark, despite many promises that the minibus will collect us within 15/20 minutes ,we had to wait the best part of an hour, while there we discovered that other passengers were waiting for up to an hour and a half approx, they were given the same excuse, it will be there in 15/20 minutes, over and over, if you wish to operate an efficient service then it has to be reliable and dependable both on drop off to airport and on collection from airport,

It would be nice if the shuttle bus could drop passengers off at the terminal of choice. It would save a walk!

This was the most terrible experience. The shuttle bus is noisy and the seats are stained. On return, I struggled to get through to the company and waited over 40 minutes in the cold coach parking lot after being told they would be 8 minutes (after calling 5 times). I eventually called my own taxi. What a horrible service.

Never ever use the Dublin parkvia again
