Metro Hotel offers secure underground car parking with a reliable shuttle service operating from 4am – 23.45 daily. Located only 8 minutes from Dublin Airport and only one minute off the M50 at exit 4, it is easy to get to and well signposted.
- Metro Hotel Dublin Airport has a car parking service at Santry Cross near Dublin Airport.
- Entry in and out of the car park is very secure and monitored by hotel staff.
- Unlike other open-air car parks such as the long-term car park at Dublin Airport, cars are enclosed within an indoor underground compound and protected by an electronic shutter barrier gate.
- Off airport, underground car parking is available for non-residents who wish to leave their car while travelling abroad.
- Metro Hotel's shuttle bus runs from 4 am to 23:45* (See note below).
- The shuttle bus leaves the hotel on the hour and half hour.
- It leaves from the courtesy coach area zone 14 at quarter past and quarter to the hour.
Transfer time from airport to hotel is approximately 8 minutes, depending on traffic.Please note that the shuttle bus has a limited number of seats (10/11 passengers) and these are allocated according to the arrival time stated on your booking. If you arrive later than scheduled a place on the next shuttle is not guaranteed. During peak periods, staff may request your car keys so cars can be valet parked (i.e. parked by staff). Your car will not be taken out of the hotel complex and all keys will be stored securely in the hotel's safe for the duration of your trip.
A cooked breakfast is available inside the hotel and is great value for money at €10 per person.
Please note: On your return to Dublin airport, after you have cleared border controls and collected your luggage please telephone the Metro hotel to let them know that you are waiting for the shuttle bus.
* Shuttle bus transfers: The shuttle bus to and from the airport runs every half hour from 04.00 to 23.45 with the following exceptions to accommodate the driver's break time: after 09.30 the next departure is at 10.30; after 17.30 the next departure is at 18.30.

Used Parkvia (Metro hotel option) on 2 different occasions and both were perfect. Easy parking and quick transfers to and from airport. Definitely recommend and will use again. 5stars

I specifically checked your website to plan my journey from home to the airport and it reads that the driver takes a break after the 9.30 tour until 10.30 but when I arrived at the hotel at 8.40 I was told that the driver would take a break between 8.30 and 9.30. !! Only because I had planned in extra time and had no luggage to check in I didn't miss my plane. Otherwise everything worked well, and staff were friendly .

The schedule was a bit different as advertised. The driver hada different time break than listed. Luckily I had gone very early. Everything else was well organised.

While it may have been in the small print the time interval between collections at the airport late at night (around 10pm) is not often enough. I arrived at the pick up point at 9.50pm to discover the next pick up was at 10.45pm. I had to get a taxi to the Metro Hotel which removed any saving I had made by using your parking service. As I normally travel for work and return late at night it will not be suitable for my use.

Hotel staff did not make it clear where to park so as a result I was clamped. It was late and I was with my young children. Terrible experience
