Belfast International Long Stay Same Day

number plate recognition did not work. Had to take a ticket and same on way out. Pressed help and couldn't hear anything except beeps and interference. The gate opened after about a minute. A better number plate reader would be great.

Booked long stay car park, did not receive confirmation email to confirm booking, got there not knowing if i was booked in or not. Barrier wouldn't open but car park staff informed me I was booked into main stay. Unnecessary hassle

On arrival the registration recognition didn't work and I had to take another ticket to enter .The same happened on leaving and I had to get other drivers to reverse to let me back up .I had to park again and walk to the short stay carpark the attendant gave me a ticket to get out.The whole experience left me late for a night class I was teaching. Not happy at all

Unfortunately my confirmation said I was in the long stay carpark but the data transferred to the airport said I was in main stay and this led to some confusion and angst which was thankfully addressed by airport staff

I left the car park booking too late so I found out about Park cloud and unbelievable i was able to book even so 12 hours before my arrival and was cheap and easy and when arrived was space for me at entry and the barrier opened easily by my car Reg and at time exit same no problem at all best booking site ever i really mean it best
