To far from the terminal. No cars to transport yr luggage. Really a big disapointment. Better to use the off airport carparks with a shuttle

Bit of a hike if you have heavy luggage. You will definitely need a trolley.

Hi we booked parking at Alicante airport and previously we had used the general parking so that is what we thought we had booked. Unfortunately we had booked the long term parking so we parked in general. It was not clear where the long term parking was. I eventually found an email address for your company and eventually I was told to speak to the attendant in the office at the airport. He was excellent and sorted out the small extra fee we had to pay. So maybe make it very clear exactly where the long term parking is as many will have only been to general parking to return hire cars.
