Ač jsem při objednávce na webu uvedla správné časy příjezdu a odjezdu, tak nám byl navíc ještě doúčtován doplatek. Dříve jsem se s tím nikdy nesetkala.

Haben schon das Zweite Mal dort geparkt und alles klappt reibungslos. Das einzige was ich zu bemängeln habe ist, dass es irgendwo abgestellt wird wo es sehr stark staubt und man danach unbedingt Auto waschen muss.

Super Service! Man wurde an der Schranke gleich begrüßt und bekommt eine Zuweisung zu einer Parkplatz-Region (unterteilt in Buchstaben und Zahlen z.B. A1). Sofort fährt der Shuttle los und folgt einem bis zu seinem Parkplatz. Super freundlicher Mitarbeiter hat uns dann erklärt, wo wir abgesetzt und wieder abgeholt werden. Den Schlüssel vom eigenen Fahrzeug kann man behalten!

Please make it more clear, that a day of parking means 24 hours starting at the time of entry, in my case 09:15 am. The confirmation received upon booking indicates that one can pick up the car on the final day of booking. It however does not state in a clear manor, that when picking up the car after 09:15 at the confirmed date this leads to extra charges. In this point your reservation policy differs from many other car parks I have used in the past. Having to pay extra at 20:30 of the final day was a surprise not only for me, but also for other people wanting to leave just before me. It’s OK for me, but make a clear statement about it from the start. Like that you can avoid bad tempered guests like the ones that left just before me.
