Upon arriving at the parking lot, I realized that there were no individual spaces available for my car. The only option was to leave my vehicle behind other cars and hand over the keys to the parking staff. The parking representative told me that if I didn’t like this arrangement, I could contact ParkVia and request a refund. Unfortunately, the response from the ParkVia manager was negative, and I ended up paying for what was essentially air. This was one of the most inconvenient experiences I’ve had during my travels.
Hello, Thank you for your review, but we still have a question for you. Was everything okay on your return? Did you have any trouble with your car? Was the transfer not secured? Did you have any real problems? Was the only thing that happened was that you left your car key behind?

Много сме разочаровани и повече няма да използваме вашите услуги ! Чакахме повече от 1 час на летището трансфера на буса до колата ни . Телефона който бяхте оставили за връзка с буса беше недостъпен . Развалихте ни почивката .

Nu avut unde parca!!!! Efectiv nu era loc! A trebuit să căutăm și să plătim altă parcare, ni s-a spus să solicităm rambursarea sumei la o adresă de e-mail, până la acest moment nu ne-a răspuns nimeni, au trecut 10 zile! Servicii execrabile! Efectiv am fost înșelați!

I used to Park to OTP Parking since the last 5 years but now they move the Park. My car was taken by a valet and i dont know where was taken. This is not ok as i was used to Park myself, autosecure the car and took the car keys safely with me. Nothing wrong happen but i didnt feel secure to leave the car keys to a stranger. I had personal belongings în the car, money, house key and so on. Sadly that was a bad experince and i will never Park the car there again.

Nu am avut unde parca!!!! Am ajuns la ora stabilită și nu era niciun loc în parcare, ni s-a spus să lăsăm mașina pe strada cu cheia în ea și vor găsi ei un loc pe parcursul zilei! Sau să solicităm returnarea sumei! A trebuit să plătim o altă parcare, iar în ceea ce privește recuperarea sumei plătite în avans, au trecut 10 zile nu răspunde nimeni, clar nu ne vom recupera suma plătită! Nu recomand!
