THE HOTEL RECEPTIONIST WHEN WE WENT TO COLLECT THE CAR WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL

Get out of car. Go into reception. Give name. Pay bill. Nice staff member escorted me to parking space. Parked car & got into transfer bus. On return, transfer bus every half hour, got car park swipe card & collected car in same condition I left it. Excellent service! Would recommend & return. Thanks for the service!

Metro Hotel parking is separate than that of the apartments and other facilities. So make sure that you are parking in the designated areas only. If the access card (as I experienced) is not working, use help from the staff at front desk. They're very helpful.
