Parking is hard to find, when we found it first employee was great and know english. In return it was really bad experience, I wait about 30 mins and another employee speak only hungarian and she was unfriendly and angry.

The young man who was in the office was very kind and speaks English very good. We had problem to find the location, because the street was flooded because of the rain. We cald him and he picked us up only after two minits. But the lady who drives the clients to the airoport and picks up, she does not speacks English or German. She did not pick us at the departure point level 6, as it is written on the voucher. When we called to be picked up, she spoke only Hungarian, we were waiting at the Departure level 6 for about 30 minutes. She did not come. Then we found someone to translate the new phone call to arrange the picking up. The lady picked us finaly up, after we were waiting for about 40 minutes in wind. She was very unkind. She does the buisness with non Hungarian tourists and she should learn more English words. Meeting point and 10 minutes is not enough for doing this job.
