Park and Trip est un parking bon marché et sécurisé, surveillé 24/7 par CCTV, offrant un service de rencontre et d'accueil à l'aéroport de Lisbonne.
La remise et la récupération du véhicule ont lieu à l'aéroport, sans avoir besoin de se rendre au parking.
Comment ça marche ?
Le jour de votre vol aller, appelez le parking 30 minutes avant votre arrivée à l'aéroport. Le chauffeur professionnel vous attendra à l'aéroport pour récupérer votre véhicule et l'emmener dans un endroit sécurisé. À votre retour, appelez le parking une fois que vous avez récupéré vos bagages. Votre véhicule vous sera ramené à l'aéroport.
Directions routières
Vous recevrez un bon de réservation avec l'adresse et le numéro de téléphone du parking ainsi que toutes les instructions et indications routières utiles, après confirmation de votre réservation.

Retrieving the vehicle was a bit of a problem because the attendant could not speak English and this caused a time delay in retrieving the vehicle.

La entrega del vehiculo fue en el aeropuerto por donde nos ibamos, pero creo que la recogida deberia ser en la llegada de aviones pues ibamos con las maletas y tuvimo que recorrer toda la terminal para ir al mismo sitio donde se lo entregamos, eso fue lo peor. Por lo demas todo perfecto, y el señor Alfonso muy amable, no tuvimos que pagar el ticket del parking.

long waiting time when picking up the car. the inside on the driver's side (steering wheel, seat,...) was very wet, not to say soaked, as if the window had been left open during rain

Great experience all round. Only small thing is I dont speak Portugese fluently so for the most part so having the relevant information ready and shareable so that you can relate it on the phone call is critical - you can also text but they prefer the call

Excellent, value friendly service. Easy to drop off and retrieve at T1 departures rideshare/valet short term lot. Will use again without hesitation.

La entrega del vehículo fue pésima, estuvimos más de una hora esperando a que nos dieran el coche. La compañia alegaba que había mucho tráfico, pero no tenían más que a una persona entregando coches. Un desastre total. No repetiré con ellos.
