Avoid at all costs! One of the worse parking experience possible. The car came back absolutely filthy, the people are about as rude as it gets.

Auch wenn mir bewusst war, dass ich einen Außenstellplatz angemietet habe, habe ich nicht erwartet, dass das Auto dermaßen von außen verdreckt wieder bekomme. Es muss unter Bäumen gestanden sein, da alle Wasser-Abläufe mit Blätter und Blüten zu waren bzw. auf dem Lack erhebliche Rückstände (harzähnlich). Es gab. leider keinerlei Verständnis oder Rückmeldung von Anbieter bei meiner Beschwerde. Auch wird man nicht freundlich behandelt, bei Abgabe soll man 2x vorher zeitlich sich anmelden bzw. bei Abholung das gleiche Prozedere nochmals, dennoch musst ich bei Abgabe 10 min und bei Abholung über 35min warten.. abgesehen, davon waren die Vordersitze komplett verstellt - in einer Position, die jedem Fahrlehrer / Sicherheitstrainer die Haare zu Berge stehen lässt (halbe Liegeposition). Daher kann ich diesen Anbieter nur sehr bedingt empfehlen. Die letzte Male hatte ich bessere Anbieter und Erfahrungen gemacht.

J’ai déposé une plainte contre cette société. Ma voiture a été rapportée, couverte d’excréments d’oiseaux.. J’ai dû payer un lavage complet et ma voiture conserve des dommages.. d’autres personnes ont eu la même expérience d’après les témoins à la station d’essence où je suis allé faire un lavage. De plus, et il a fallu attendre 1h10 pour récupérer la voiture.. Cette société ne devrait pas exister.

L’aller s’est bien passé même si la personne s’en fichait complètement du fait que l’on s’était perdu en arrivant mais au retour on a attendu 20 min à côté de notre véhicule garé sur une place de taxi du coup nous avons payer 15€ de parking supplémentaire…

JAI ETE DÉBITÉ DE LARGENT , PERSONNE EST VENUE RECUPERER LA VOITURE, PERSONNE NE MA REPONDU AU TÉLÉPHONE, RESULTAT JAI DU PAYER 300 EUR DE PARKING A CÔTE DU TERMINAL, JAI FAILLI LOUPER MON AVION, ET IL MON PRELEVER LES 70 EUR DU DIAMOND PARKING VALET DE FRANKFORT, PERSONNE NE REPOND, JAI ETE A LA POLICE POUR PORTER PLAINTE

We had the meet and great option at the Frankfurt Airport and we had an appointment time set. The person sent to do the pick up was late, which meant the parking cost more and we were asked to pay for it, even though we were on time. On dropping off the car, we called at landing and then again after we had our luggage. The phone operator told us we’re to meet and said nothing about being a while. We waited 20 minutes before we called again and were told that they were 5 minutes away, however the car did not show up for another 15ish minutes. I would suggest revising the pick and drop off procedures for this company because it was fine aside from this major inconvenience.

Je trouve le procéder pas très flexible nous sommes arrivés un peu plutôt on c'est limite fait engueuler...et le retour nous avons dut attendre 1h notre véhicule j'avais envoyé un mail la veille car notre avion avait du retard et on m'a dit que la personne n'avait pas lu le mail... et en plus on ma de nouveau presque engueuler parce que le chauffeur m'avait attendu pendant 1h alors que j'avais prévenu de mon retard Petit truc aussi le personnel devrait un peu plus parler anglais et français aussi

Drop up was late and driver tried to charge me for his mistake. Pick up was also 30 minutes late despite me calling multiple times well in advance.

Ich fand es kompliziert etwas auszumachen und musste auch noch die Parkgebühr bezahlen weil die Zeit drüber war, wozu ich nichts konnte

Nachzuschlag, trotz Abnahme des Autos und 15 Min Wartezeit in bar verlangt, kein Wechselgeld & bis heute stehen nach zusätzlich bez. 40 Euro noch 2,50 aus. Nach Rückgabe des Autos E-Akku extrem verbraucht keine Heimfahrt ohne erneutes Strom tanken für 0,79 € in der Nacht möglich - wir waren bereits viele Male mit einem Valet-Parking Unternehmen in Frankfurt & im Gegensatz zu diesem Unternehmen sonst immer gut gefahren, dieses war unterirdisch!

Die Kommunikation am Telefon könnte freundlicher sein.

Beaucoup d'attente nous avons attendu plus de 45 min pour l'aller, heuresement que nous sommes arrivés en avance pour notre vol.

Bei der Fahrzeug Übergabe mussten wir 45 / 55 Minuten warten. Obwohl wir uns frühzeitig wie vereinbart gemeldet haben.

Mitarbeiter kam sehr spät und sehr langsam gekommen ohne zu entschuldigen. wir mussten die extra Kosten für Parken bei FRA bezahlen.

I was very displeased by the state of my car after being park in your during my travel. The car was completely covered by pigeon excrement to a point were I could not see the road while driving. I had to clean the outside of the car myself directly after leaving the airport. I still have some stains on the car that are remaining. I took photos before and after the stay in the parking and would like to add them to this complain.
