In all earlier bookings I made with ParkVia I always got invoiced with the full amount to my given Credit Card. In this recent case it was not the case. Only a kind of "Service charge" had been balanced to my card and the actual parking fee I had to pay in cash at the hand over of the car when I arrived atthe airport. This was not convenient and lucky that I had some cash with me. And I don't know how to influence this the next time that it doesn't happen again in this complicated way.

A mon retour, alors que l'on devait me ramener directement la voiture à l'aéroport comme je l'avais choisi et payé, en fait, sous prétexte d'une surcharge de travail, le personnel de ce parking est venu me chercher pour m'accompagner jusqu'au dépôt où ma voiture stationnait. J'ai donc payé un service que je n'ai pas eu.

I noticed a large crack in the windshield when I got home. It was not there when I dropped it off. I sent them an email of the picture, and they still are not replying. It’s going to be a lot of money of my deductible to get it fixed, and they should pay for it.
