VIP Parking Budapest offers outdoor parking for its customers. Great emphasis is placed on security. The entrance to the car park is only one lane, so you can only drive in one direction at a time. A barrier at the entrance prevents unauthorised access. The entire area is fenced off and only one point of contact with public space is made. It is monitored by a camera surveillance system, lighting, and 24-hour live security and is insured against damage and theft.

VIP Parking Budapest has launched in September 2024 a new license plate recognition system in their VIP Parking area. This next-generation system will help them efficiently automate vehicle registration and speed up processes. It will also enhance security during entry and exit, ensuring that only vehicles with authorized access can enter their VIP Parking.

In case of any technical problems, you don't have to worry, the staff at the car park will be happy to help you.

The hotel also has a special offer for those who park for more than 3 days. The price includes all taxes, breakfast and the use of the wellness area. The nights spent there do not count towards the number of parking days! This discount can only be used once before or after parking. If you arrive at the car park from far away and want to relax before or after your flight, you have no choice but to enjoy the quality services of the hotel and continue your journey rested and refreshed.

The parking procedure:

Once you have booked your parking space online, you will receive a confirmation email almost immediately with all the details of your reservation and important information about the parking. Print this out or take the booking number from the confirmation SMS with you to the car park, where you will receive your parking card after a short administration process of a few minutes. You will then be transferred to the shuttle bus, which will take you and your passengers to the airport terminal.

On the way back, call the phone number on your parking card after you have picked up your luggage and the car park will send a shuttle bus to pick you up. Important information:

• Make sure you leave enough time for parking. Make sure you leave plenty of parking space.
• Arrival administration takes approximately 10 minutes and the shuttle takes 5-10 minutes, so we recommend that you arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before you are due to arrive at the airport.
• Keep your parking card in a safe place as you will need to show it when you return the car.
• Cash payments will NO LONGER be accepted at the parking reception.
• Parking fees can ONLY be paid by bank card at the parking ticket machine (cash will not be accepted).
• All reservation confirmation emails will include a QR code, which will facilitate entry and/or payment at the parking ticket machine.
• In addition to personal information (name, phone number, email) and parking details (exact arrival and departure date, number of transfer passengers), a license plate number must be provided for each parking space.

Directions

You will receive a booking voucher containing the car park's address and telephone number, along with any relevant instructions and directions, upon confirming your reservation. To view the location of the car park, please see the map on the website.
