Локацията на паркинга е удобна, услугата я получих на 100% както е описана. Трансфер до и от летището в рамките на няколко минути. Коректно обслужване. Бих използвал отново, когато ми се наложи.

It was great, we liked that they drive you to the airport right away, there is no set schedule for transfers, and when you arrive back you just call and they come to pick you up right away- very convenient! Only thing you need to know is that the staff there works 8-20:00, but for our flights works great

Although the booking experience was good Best Western were not. They changed the shuttle bus timings the day before my arrival hence I had to taxi from the parking to the terminal at a cost of 16.90 leva. They should have informed me of the changes therefore I will not be using their facilities again. Yet another bad Best Western review of which there are so many. Extremely annoyed.
