Would definitely use the service again.

I would not recommend this service if traveling with a family. The reception/waiting area is absolutely inadequate for our Irish weather. Also, there was a lot of confusion experienced by me and other customers when waiting for the van to bring us to the parking locations. I was told to ask at reception by the bus driver for advice but there was no one there. The bus driver just shrugged his shoulders. The white van was a tight squeeze for people. I would not recommend this service.

V satisfied overall. Entry and exit procedures are extremely poor, lack of clarity of where to go and what to do. Staff are clueless at times, but try their best to help. What is missing: *CLEAR and unequivocal directions to the check-in. There are too many signs, one gate only opens at a certain time, the check-in desk is at the bottom of a carpark and noone assisting at the entrance. *CLEAR instructions on what to expect at collection. One driver saying call 30 minutes before getting to area 16; others saying only call when you get there. Do I go back to check-in? Do I follow random guys into the white van to go collect my car? Who checks the documentation? I could pay for one day or one week and noone would know? Convenient and marginally cheaper than Holiday Blue, experience was ok except for the stress checking in first time at 6am.

It was simple and hassle free. Car was safe and there was no waiting around . Thank you

Very helpful and pleasant staff at all times

Both transfer vehicles were dirty inside and out. Seatbelts not working on the seat I personally sat in on both transfer trips. Driver on the way to airport was ignorant and was hanging around and we very nearly missed our flight as we were easily sitting in the bus waiting to go for at least 35mins. Well priced, but not very professional

Great service, easy to get on the phone, friendly and very pleasant especiall at 3am will use again and highly recommend
