The parking service is provided by an off-site operator who will collect your car at the Airport on the day of your arrival and bring it back to you at the airport on the day of your return.
The multistory car park to which your car will be brought during your absence is only 10 minutes away from the airport, has numbered bays CCTV, is park mark certified and is manned with security guards.
Please note:
- the handovers will be at the airport where the airport charges a 5 EUR barrier fee. This fee is not included in your parking reservation and will have to be paid to the driver upon pickup/per Car for Drop
- you will need to call the car park operator 20-30 before your arrival at the airport to arrange the handover
- as the driver will bring your car to the car park and bring it back to you to the airport on the day of your return, it is required that you leave your car keys during your absence
- The multi-storey car park has a height limit of 2.1m

The short holidays can be ruined that simple.Try to call 30min before arrival, straight to voicemail. 5 time try again no answer. Arrived in car park A top floor no bady there, flights in 2 hours -what to do???!! Worst experience in my life. How to get money back????

When I searched online,I had few options. I got email for confirmation of booking and Instructions. I called them 20 mints ago and when we arrived Airport the Guy was there waiting for us and he even brought trolley. He took our car and took our back flight details When we arrived back to Airport and called him he was on time and handed over the car. Car condition very good. I recommed this service.It is very handy and at the door service. Very delighted and hassle free.

Lots of phonecalls to ensure that things went smoothly. The people involved in running this service were very friendly and helpful. I found the system very good but I would recommend a number of changes to improve the experience: 1. Too many different mobile phone numbers called me. I would suggest a single number being used to communicate with users, or at least publish the on-site supervisor number early in the transaction. 2. Designate an exact, easily identifiable location at the departures area to meet the valet. 3. A bright colourful uniform or tunic that easily identifies the Parkvia personnel. 4. An ID card for the valet driver/supervisor to avoid the risk of inadvertent losses.

Collection was extremely easy, car was waiting for us as we arrived. Drop off, not so much, I rang to say that I was 20 minutes away, rang again when we arrived at the airport as there was no sign, waited 10 minutes for driver, as it was my first time using this company it did make me a bit nervous, driver did arrive and apologise so all worked out well.

The handbrake release switch had come off..or at least v loose. I should have told the person who took my car how to use it as maybe he didn’t know. It took me awhile to figure it out. That was my only complaint and I should have mentioned it to the driver. Everything else was fantastic.
