Our last two occasions when we left the car, we asked for it to be washed (a service that they offer). Both times, they did not. No idea what's happening, they used to be so "on top of it" - hoping it was just a glitch.

On dropping the car off a video was made of the condition of our car. On collection, there were sereral chips and a scratch on the paintwork. This was noticed immediately and brought to the attention of the employee of Parking Terminal 1. They took photos of the damage and I sopke to the office directlt on the phone and said they would not accept the complaint on person and I had to complain by email. This I did on 27 March and their response same day was 'It was minor damage and due to the vehicle being dirly/wet or because of light reflections went unnoticed during check in. I wrote back and explained it was a brand new, clean,dry car without any damage. I asked them to compare the photographs to which they did not respond after several requests. I strongly recommend you use a different car park!

This booking was a bad experience from the start. - we started the day of delivery with someone calling us to check if we would be arriving. Apparently, on their systems, the booking started 1h before. So far, we can see the organization is not great but not terrible experience. - the transfer to the airport was also done right after we arrived and in a new van. The return was however the issue: - we called once ready and waited over 30 mins. I tried to call again to check but no one answered. Finally a van showed up, I got close to them but they where not there to pick me up... finally I convinced them to take me. - when I got back to the car, there were loads of hand marks on the windows... not sure what happened. Very average/bad experience overall, will not return
