Como utilizar o serviço de Meet & Greet:
Contacte um membro do staff 10 minutos antes da sua chegada ao aeroporto e dirija a sua viatura até ao terminal de partidas. Um condutor com o logo da empresa estará à sua espera para conduzir a sua viatura até ao parque de estacionamento. No regresso, por favor contacte o staff do parque de estacionamento assim que o seu voo aterrar. Um membro do staff irá entregar a sua vistura no terminal.
Após efetuar sua reserva, receberá um comprovativo com a morada e o número de telefone do parque de estacionamento, juntamente com todas as instruções e direções relevantes.

Why not call the meet & greet car park something like “Meet & Greet Car Park”, adjacent to where you get the free bus to terminal 2. Also a short number to identify your car, 1234, 5678 go up to 9999 and then start again at 0001

Nada contenta, me hicieron pagar 5€ al recoger el coche porque llevaba allí más de 10 minutos. No es justo.
The departure car park is difficult to find especially when jet-lagged and push a huge trolley loaded with suitcases- Some instructions or a map would be most beneficial. Ability to have the car collected from The TRYP would be excellent!! Even for a few euros extra.
I find ParkVia to be great and easy. We have used Airpark in the past and everything was fine but this time we waited a very long time for someone to meet us on drop off and pick up. We will probably try a different company instead next time.
To over come the language barrier using a numerical reference code e.g. 12345 would work better also clearly marking the drop & go car park when you collect on your return, it is referred to as lots of different names and should referred to by the same name by everyone

Overall fairly good experience. However, on return, the driver managed to break the handle of the ash tray/coin tray, and didn't say anything to us about it. We realized it on the drive home when it wouldn't close (the spring broke and the latch will not work). I have to order a new part from the manufacturer to repair it, as the spring is physically broken and cannot be replaced locally.
