Very confusing trying to find the drop off zone. Not easily to find. As no directons given. Even the Airport Police or Airport Staff had not heard of them. But saying that. ... once found ... very polite staff and I know for next tIme. I would use them again.but Pleade... give better directions as stressing for travellers.
the car had some bird droppings and was somewhat dusty. Did it stay in a covered parking lot ? Might well be..

Car park staff are courteous and, considering how busy Lisbon airport can be, fairly prompt. Used three times so far without any problems. Valet parking in covered area used each time.
Eu paguei por estacionamento coberto, e o carro estava todo sujo e cheio de pó como se tivesse ifcado os 14 dias estaciuonado na rua.
There are indications that the car may have been kept outside (perhaps only for a couple of days), as opposed to inside as per the booking. That said the overall condition (cleanliness on the outside) was reasonable; if the car was kept outside for the duration of my booking, it would have been dirtier.
