Show your email confirmation (includes your booking reference which will have been emailed to you on completion of your booking) to car park staff at Customer Reception.

Great process, aside from the instruction to go to the Customer Service desk, it's really unclear where that is. Something in the email to say exactly where it's located would be really useful. I had to ask a security person. Everything else, brilliant!!

En general todo bien,pero yo no vi ningun trabajador en el parkibg,ni me recojieron el coche ni nada,simplemente aparcar y recojer a la vuelta,si lo recomendaria,pues si porque dejarlo en la calle pues no es seguro,en el parking es mas seguro,sobre todo si haces un viaje largo o corto,si lo recomendaria

muy muy confundidas las direcciones, llegas al parking y no sabes donde ir. con la reserva en la mano nos mandaron al 4 y después al 5 y al final no san dicho que era en el 1 o 2. muy muy confundido.
