Parking Terminal 1 Undercover - Valet Parking

A informação enviada por mail relativa à recolha não correspondia, tive que ligar no local de recolha pois não conseguia identificar o funcionário para proceder à recolha.

We did not park in the carpark, because despite the instructions by the polite staff on the phone we were unable to locate the drop off. Despite being nearly 2 hours early. NO we will not recommend or use again!

No no recomiendo. El parking es una estafa y el servicio se incrementa 10 euros cada 10 minutos. Se aconsejan llamar cuando estés ya aterrizado,Saliendo deprisa y sin recoger maletas cuando llegas te dicen que has tenido 10 minutos para salir … y el encrimento del parking puede ser de 20 euros. Una estafa de unos y otros.

Imposible contactar con ellos por teléfono para entregar o recoger el coche porque no lo cogen, hay que estar pendiente de ver aparecer la furgoneta para poder hablar con ellos. Por lo demás, bien.

Tuvimos problemas al recibir el vehículo a nuestra llegada. No nos informaron bien donde debíamos ir. Falta de información a la hora de contratar el servicio, sería mas fácil si mandasen ubicación de recogida para las personas que no conocen el aeropuerto de Lisboa, vía email o wasap.

Recomendo, cliente fidelizado!!!!!
