I already used ParkVia and it was nice, but this time I'm really unsatisfied. The name of the parking written on the email wasn't written anywhere because the so-called "247 Shuttle Sleutel Inleveren" actually is the "Ramada Hotel". The GPS coordinates sent in the reservation message were incorrect and, moreover, the phone number didn't work. Eventually, I had to wait for the pick up for an hour, so I took a taxi. Never again.

Het afleveradres van de auto was zonder bericht of overleg gewijzigd, wij ontdekten dit toevallig via de taxi dienst die ons berichtte op een ander adres te gaan afhalen. Na contact met parkvia trouwens wel goed opgelost en puike shuttle service.

Ich musste auf die Abholung 1:20 Minuten warten weil der Fahrer mir angegeben hat ich soll bei Ausgang B warten und dann bei C anhielt und anderer Personen aufnahm. Dadurch viel zu lange gewartet. Er hätte mich einfach anrufen können und mir mitteilen, dass er statt bei B bei C steht, Dann wäre es kein problem gewesen. Stattdessen Schulter zucken und egal! Das ist unterirdischer Kundenservice. ich fliege die nächsten Monate noch mehrmals von dort ab...sicher werde ich diesen schlechten Service in Erinnerung behalten.
