Check in very easy and smooth every time I've used them. The other side has a few more issues. I've waited 30-45 minutes either at the airport or at the facility. I don't mind waiting if communication is clear. I felt communication was poor in two recent situations. That is the only area I think could be improved. My car has had no issues or damage.

Good service a little slow on returning car but very good

Very easy to communicate with via SMS or a quick phone call. Very friendly and helpful. Even tried to check on my arrival time when my flight was delayed. I will definitely use them again.

Wery happy about service, we left our van there for two months and everything was ok. One of the guys speaks english. There was just incorect adrese in the reservation be sure to put right adrese in to your navigation (from jetpark website)👍
