Valet parking for the Durban Harbour Cruise. If you are going on a cruise from Durban Harbour and stressing where to park your vehicle, Park My Way provides professional valet parking and takes extra care of your vehicle.
 

Park My Way professional valets will meet you at the N Shed Drop and Go at the entrance of the MSC Cruise Departure where they will collect your vehicle. Upon collection a quick vehicle inspection will be carried out after which it will be taken to safe and secure premises, monitored by 24hr armed response security and CCTV surveillance. The premises are fully fenced with shaded, undercover parking. Limited lock up garages and additional valet services are also available on request.

A full house car wash will be completed on your vehicle. Your vehicle will be stored with Park My Way until your return. Upon your return your vehicle will be delivered at the same Drop and Go spot.

Park My Way also has Insurance with OUTsurance Comprehensive Coverage.

Parking has never been so Easy, Convenient and Cost Efficient.

While staff were friendly and efficient, and my car appears to have been well cared for, I was unhappy to discover when dropping my vehicle that undercover parking attracts an additional fee - which is NOT indicated on the advertising. Also not indicated on the advertising if you are having your vehicle collected from Durban Harbour is that total mileage accrued for vehicle collection, washing and delivery again is in the region of 110 km. Future users of Park My Way Indoor Valet Parking at Durban Harbour must bear this in mind.

We love going on the MSC ship and have used the other companies. After our experience we will never use this company again. We will name and shame until we have answers about this company or send the owners to jail for fraud. My brand new car had a full tank of fuel when we were dropped off at the port. When we came back it was damaged empty and smoked in. It was not washed and it was eaten in and so much more. We approached the manager and he gave us details. We took a drive to the supposed company location to our surprise it was an auto body shop no park my way company to be found.

Did not know my car would need to go all the way to KingShaka airport from the harbour to be stored for the week. Driver Smoked in my car.

This is a SCAM and I will NEVER make use of it again. Fuel tank dropped by half a tank and my vehicle travelled 200km over the weekend. The vechicle was also 'dinged' - damage is at least R5000. DISGUSTING!!!

When receiving the car the driver did not wait till I checked the car for any damages, the pertol was close to half tank less. There were no damage to the car. The team was always available friendly and helpful. If need to I will make use of there services again in the future.
