HOW DOES THE MEET & GREET SERVICE WORK? You must call the driver approximately 20 minutes before arriving at the airport on the phone number provided in the booking voucher to inform the driver of your arrival or of any delays. This is required since the driver will expect to pick up your vehicle at the time specified.
On your arrival, please drop off your car at King Shaka Airport. The valet will park your car in their secure car park.
On your return, once you have retrieved your luggage, please contact the number provided in your booking voucher and confirm your arrival. The driver will return your car at the airport.
Great Service, However the vehicle was not washed, It's fair to not pay the full amount if you do not receive all the services promised. I waited over 30 minutes for the car to be dropped off, there is room for improvement there!. I would definitely use your services again. Thank you

An absolute disgrace - our vehicle was returned to us without hubcaps - stolen? The Driver Mienee promised to get new ones and the owner Akshay(?) has made no attempt to contact us regarding this theft. This just seems like legalised robbery. Will NEVER use them or recommend them to anyone again. To make matters we are pensioners in our 70's and can ill afford to buy new hubcaps, whick are about R390 per cap!!! Disgraceful
Hi Anthonie. This is the first time we are experiencing this issue and humbly apologise for all the inconvenience. The driver did advise you that we will replace your hubcaps and the matter is being resolved. We hope that you can be a little patient as we are doing our best to have them replaced.
I always use Park and Smile. Thev lady who collects your car is always friendly and prompt.

I am very disappointed with Park & Smile. Will never use them again. They drove excessive km with my car and they think it was a racing car. I did lodge an complain, to the people from Park & Smile but they did not even respond back.. I will however bad name them as far as I go. An email was send and I spoke to the people telephonically which he promised me he will look into my complain, but did not even stay to his promise to get back to me. Utterly disgusted.
Have used Parkvia before and found it a pleasant and affordable option.

I would suggest to charge full payment upfront when making the booking as one doesn't caret cash all the time. My car did not get washed as promised in the deal so I was a bit disappointed there . In all fair essay I was told that there was a water problem over those days. However the service received from the staff were excellent.

Car wasn't polished up to my standard. R250 is a bit to much for that quality of work

It would be lovely if your personnel could wear identifying garments. A shirt/golf shift would work I think.
I use Park and Smile every time I fly. Always the cheapest company. You need to call them 15 minutes before you’d like them to meet you otherwise you will wait forever. Unfortunately there have been times when I’ve received my car back without it being washed as stated in the ad. Besides that, good service.
I'm not too sure where the parking garage was but there was a difference of 67km from drop off to pick up which makes me think my car was used for other purposes
