I witnessed the man from the office (don`t know his name) bringing another customers car in. He drove the car like he was on a F1 race track. I am therefore almost sure that this is how all cars are driven, it is disgraceful!!!

Good afternoon Mr Soley, Thank you for your feedback. As we take this kind of accusation seriously, I asked our manager at the airport to give me feedback ASAP. He explained to me that the client returned back one day earlier than he scheduled to. He was in a hurry to get home and asked our staff member to get his car "quickly". As the driver explained to you at the time when you spoke to him about it, not all vehicles are driven in this manner as our staff are fully aware of the consequences of such actions. It's a client who makes use of us regularly and knowing the drivers well, asked him to get the vehicle there so he could get home after a stressful day of meetings.
