Car parks that do not require payment in advance: your booking will be confirmed as soon as you fill in the booking form and click 'Confirm Booking'.
For car parks that require a deposit or full payment in advance, your booking will be confirmed as soon as the payment is complete. In the case of bank transfer this means as soon as we have received the funds and marked your booking as confirmed.
You will receive your booking voucher by email within a few minutes of your booking being confirmed. The email will contain booking confirmation with the car park's address, phone number and route directions on how to get there along with instructions on how to use the service, plus terms conditions, gps coordinates and often a map. Your sms confirmation will contain your booking reference number, amount due to pay and the car park's contact phone number.What to do if you do not receive booking confirmation
