Vehicle License Plate was not recognized, so we could not enter
Le site et le parking sont à recommandés...hélas pour nous . Nous avons vu park G . Sur notre droite .ns y sommes garés à 5h du matin avec un ticket car barrière ne s'ouvrait pas. Ça nous a couté 18€ de communication argentine Espagne, car un mail nous disait ne pas avoir enregistré notre véhicule au parking. Résultat nous étions pas garé au bon endroit. ..mais heureusement même société et on a pu s'arranger au retour. Manque de signalisation BIEN visible pr l'arrivée pour 1 première fois au PG....par contre direct pr rejoindre.l'entrée de l'aéroport ça nickel !( pas de transfer necessaire)
This was terrible service. There was a glitch at the time of booking; information about the car number was not received. The issue was resolved in 5 days! All services said different things and there was absolutely no help! The support team is completely incompetent and doesn't care about you. We were very lucky to pick up the car, since there is still no answer to the last letter, although two days have passed...
