io nn ho usufruito del mio servizio xe quando ho chiamto ho trovato un operatore che mi ha dato delle indicazioni molto in modo svogliato nn mi ha aiutato x nulla mi ha fatto capire un altro parcheggio convita fosse lo stesso ho dovuto ripagare 42 euro di parcheggio oltre a quello gia pagato on line un esperienza bruttissima vorrei sapere se posso essere rimborsata i mie soldi visto che non ho usufruito x colpa del vostro operatore
Mi spiace ma non sono riuscita a trovare l’ingresso del Park per non perdere il treno ho dovuto utilizzare un parcheggio esterno

Abbiamo trovato il parcheggio con facilità, ma trovando tante ZTL lungo il percorso. Abbiamo contattato il numero telefono del parcheggio per richiedere informazioni su percorsi alternativi alle zone traffico limitato, ma chi ha risposto non è stato in grado di consigliarci. Il ragazzo dello staff è stato piuttosto scortese e svogliato. Si è lamentato degli arrivi contemporanei, aggiungendo il fatto che fosse un giorno festivo.

I was charged 10 euro extra as they felt the car was bigger then expected. First they send me out the garage and when I returned again they asked me to pay 10 euro cash. I had a Mercedes Vito and also entered the correct size in the website including the brand and model of the vehicle.
