SunExpress and ParkCloud offer car parking at 18 airports

SunExpress, a joint venture of Lufthansa and Turkish Airlines, has signed an agreement with ParkCloud to further extend the diversity of services on sunexpress.com. The vast content of ParkCloud's online booking system with its extensive network of car parks is now available to SunExpress passengers, who can book airport car parking on the airline's website prior to their actual trips.

The new service complements the range of offers on sunexpress.com like car hire and hotel reservations. Parking spaces are available to book at 18 airports in Germany, Turkey and Austria, with plans to extend the service to France, the Netherlands and Switzerland in the very near future.

"We are thrilled to cooperate with ParkCloud. This new service helps our guests to save time and money and to start their travels without stress", explained Thomas Bornschein, Manager of Online and Ancillary Sales at SunExpress. "Over the past months we have enlarged the variety of offers on sunexpress.com. Once a pure flight portal, the website has become a comprehensive holiday booking site with travel packages, individual car and hotel deals and much more from renowned partners. Airport car parking from ParkCloud is a perfect complement, which brings additional value to our customers."

Mark Pegler, Managing Director of ParkCloud, said: "We are delighted to launch this new partnership with SunExpress. ParkCloud is already the market leader in providing bookings to car parks across the EU, and with recent developments, now going beyond the borders of Europe. We are excited to be working with this dynamic airline."

Established in 1989, SunExpress is one of the leading airlines with service from Germany and other European countries to Turkey, with some 7.65 million passengers flying in 2012. SunExpress also operates flights to Spain, Egypt and Tunisia as well as to a large number of domestic destinations within Turkey.
