The FREE SHUTTLE service is EXCLUSIVELY reserved to MSC cruise passengers who park for at least 7 nights. It runs continuously from 8am to 2.30pm. Height restriction: 2 meters

The FREE SHUTTLE service is EXCLUSIVELY reserved to MSC cruise passengers who park for at least 7 nights. It runs continuously from 8am to 2.30pm.

During the booking process, it is vital that you select the correct amount of passengers to allow the car park to organize the transfer service. The car park reserves the right to charge an extra fee if the number of passengers differs from that stated on the booking voucher.

Customers park their car UNDER COVER and TAKE THEIR KEYS WITH THEM!

CRUISE: MSC cruise passengers who park for at least 7 nights can enjoy the FREE SHUTTLE BUS that brings them to check in within a few minutes (1,5km) and transport them back at their return.

FERRIES: The terminal is at 500m from the car park and a 5 minutes' walk away.

Directions

You will receive a booking voucher containing the car park's address and telephone number, along with any relevant instructions and directions, upon confirming your reservation.

Important

IMPORTANT: Cruise passengers who stay for a minimum period of 7 nights should fill in the "Name of Vessel" field in order to allow the car park staff to organise the transfer service.
The shuttle bus is not available for ferry passengers, as the terminal for ferries is 500m away from the car park. Please note that the car park can only accept the payment of your balance in cash.
Please provide the correct mobile telephone number, including the international prefix, and have this available when you arrive so that car park staff can contact you. Also, please let car park staff know if you are going to be delayed or no longer need the service. If you do not contact the car park to let them know of any delay in your arrival, or you are unable to be reached by telephone, your place in the car park will not be guaranteed.

We were not able to use park via because even though we were going to be 15 minutes late to our scheduled time and called ahead to let them know like their site says to do, we were denied a parking spot. Also their website is misleading at times as it charged me for a ferry ticket even though I did not want the ferry ticket and could not unselect It. Then, even when I tried to change the reservation like the site allowed, it would not save the change. So I was charged €70 more for a ticket I was not going to use. I was not able to get a refund per the customer representative for anything we were charged. The customer service representative was rude and did not try to help us and told us sorry but we can’t help you. So to sum it up I paid money for nothing and to be told I don’t care by this company. Park elsewhere and do not use this service.

La sortie était mouvementer car le ticket reçu ne fonctionnait pas,et on est rester là, que la personne daigne vouloir nous ouvrir,surtout que l ' on ne se comprenait pas du tout., sur l interphone du parking.
