HOW DOES THE MEET & GREET SERVICE WORK? You must call the driver approximately 20 minutes before arriving at the port on the phone number provided in the booking voucher to inform the driver of your arrival or of any delays. This is required since the driver will expect to pick up your vehicle at the time specified.
On your arrival, please drop off your car at Durban port. The valet will park your car in their secure car park.
On your return, once you have retrieved your luggage, please contact the number provided on your booking voucher and confirm your arrival. The driver will return your car to the port.
Not happy that tgings went missing from my cabby. It is something small and inexpensive. But the fact of the matter is. Things were stolen. Not impressed about that and would recommend with caution
The driver were fantastic but it seemed our vehicle would have been washed and vacuumed which were not the case

I wasn't aware that the parking was at King Shaka International I.e 70kms return at your cost i.e. min R100 fuel costs. Also very risky to travel that distance when you not covered from an insurance perspective for a non- approved driver. Would recommend long term parking instead at NShed terminal @ R20 per day more than Parkcloud. It would be more convenient and will coincide with your time of arrival after your cruise. In general, an experience not to be repeated.
I was generally happy with the service. My only concern was the over 120km added to my vehicle after I dropped it off.
Other items were missing from the car and drinks were opened and drank. And we reported the matter

The km reading difference between drop-off and pick-up was 99km. I found it strange, though your parking depot was closer to the harbour

Absolutely stellar sservice. I left some crucial documents in the vehicle without which i could not board my cruise. The Park and Smile team immediately returned my vehicle to the harbour so i could retreive them. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone.
