The car park does not currently operate a shuttle service to the airport. We encourage you to use the nearby train station, buses or TAXI. Journey time to the airport is approximately 13-15 minutes.

We looked for location near Chopin airport, but exact location was Blue City shopping centre - rather far from the airport, we had to take Bolt taxi to reach it. And only after payment we received the message, that transfer option is not available. Spent additional money and a lot of time :(
I was not able to use the service at all as the gate didn't open, when I arrived although following the instructions precisely. The support was not available on the site. After all I raised the complaint, but received no answer although the promosed 3 days response has passed. The ticket id is #1122818. Please provide the answer for my complaint.
Świetnie. Wszystko ok. Poszło sprawnie, bez wpisywania w automacie, jako że opłata była pobrana wcześnoej i auto było w systemie. Nie wiem tylko czy jeślibym wyjechał wcześniej, ale decydowałbym wjechać z powrotem, to czy w ramach opłaconego biletu mogę znów wyjechać?
P2 Okęcie-po skopiowaniu nazwy, google na mapie pokazywał za każdym razem parking przy odlotach na lotnisku. Ponieważ czasu było niewiele, dopiero po zakupie, jadąc już na lotnisko doczytałem drobniejszym drukiem, że to jednak parking 15 min drogi dalej. Prymitywny sposób prowadzenia byznesu, nabieranie ludzi, którzy się spieszą... zapłaciłem bez możliwości anulowania ze zwrotem pieniędzy... Auto stało przy Okęciu pod chmurką na innym parkingu, za który zapłaciłem drugi raz.
Dokonałem rezerwacji na 3h przed przyjazdem, wypadek losowy - lot odwołany. Odwołanie rezerwacji - brak zwrotu środków. Nie dokonałem rezygnacji na 24h przed przyjazdem. Niby jak ?! Porażka
Szkoda że nie było napisane że dojazd autobusem z parkingu do lotniska zajmuje 50 minut.
It is not a parking of the airport. It is 9 km away from the airport with the similar name P2 parking next to the airport. Very confusing.

Hello. Computer not fully synchronized at departure with the booking application. At the entrance, he acted quite quickly to let the car in without a ticket based on the reservation. The departure took much longer and there was no need to call the parking staff. My friend driving the second car behind me had exactly the same situation. The machine wanted to pay at normal rates, so we had to call Intercom. However, the parking itself is an extra.
Uważajcie przy rezerwacji!!! Parking dziwnym trafem nazywa się tak samo jak ten na lotnisku a jest w zupełnie innym miejscu które być może będzie komuś pasować, mi nie, łatwo o pomyłkę
