Per spiegare le (apparenti) contraddizioni nei giudizi: 1) servizio impeccabile, cortesia e disponibilità dell'addetta alla riconsegna dell'auto, 2) invece, al momento della consegna, da parte dell'incaricato alla reception, mi è stato comunicato che la mia richiesta, fatta on line e riportata sul documento di prenotazione, per conservare la chiave dell'auto NON poteva essere accettata. Precise parole, espresse in modo poco cortese: "Lei può scrivere quello che vuole, decidiamo noi. E in questo periodo non è possibile per il cliente conservare la chiave". Direi che un minimo di informazione preventiva e, soprattutto, di educazione da parte della reception sarebbe auspicabile.
