Abbiamo dovuto attendere più di mezz’ora la navetta all’aeroporto e solo dopo 2 nostre telefonate è arrivata. L’orario di presa all’aero era stato concordato in fase di prenotazione, ci era stato addirittura chiesto di avvisare in caso di ritardo del volo, così da non far attendere inutilmente l’autista: il nostro volo è arrivato in perfetto orario ma ad attenderci al punto concordato non c’era nessuno.
