HOW DOES THE SERVICE WORK?
Free Shuttle Service
Outbound: On your outbound journey, drive to the car park address provided in your booking confirmation email. Show the confirmation to a staff member, who will guide you to your parking spot. Please note that you will need to leave your car keys. A vehicle inspection will be conducted before you are driven to the airport via shuttle bus.
Note: Trucks over 12 meters are not accepted.
Return: On your return, after collecting your luggage, contact the phone number provided. A shuttle bus will pick you up at the designated meeting point and take you back to your vehicle, allowing you to begin your journey home.
Meet and Greet Service
Outbound: For Meet and Greet service, contact the number provided in your booking voucher 20 minutes before arriving at the airport to arrange a meeting point with the car park driver. The driver will meet you at the agreed location, where you'll perform a joint inspection of your vehicle before it is driven to the car park.
Return: On your return, after retrieving your luggage, call the same number to have the driver bring your car back to the airport. Another vehicle check will be completed before you can head home.
Payment
You pay a deposit online to secure your parking space. The remaining balance is payable by cheque or cash at the car park.

Le classique 10 en espèces à l'arrivée car une heure de retard... mais par contre pas d'excuses pour attendre 1h15 la navette au retour malgré un appel des l'atterrissage

L'utilisation du site n'est pas simple si on a besoin de modifier la réservation (changement de numéro d'immatriculion par exemple)

Arrivée au parking le responsable nous a informé qu'il ne travaillé plus avec vous, résultat nous avons du payer une 2eme réservation au prix fort.

très mauvais, quand nous sommes arrivés au parking, ils ont dit qu'ils ne travaillaient plus avec "ParkVia" et qu'ils n'avaient même pas notre réservation, mais ParkVia a pris de l'argent sur mon compte. Nous avons fini par payer 90 EUR au lieu d'environ 40 EUR.
Contrairement à ce que vous indiquez, Parking Roissy Tarif n'accepte pas les chèques.
À l'aller tout s'est très bien passé, au retour nous avons attendu la navette un long moment, et une famille de 5 personnes s'est retrouvée à devoir se séparer en 3 groupes dont un avec deux ados mineurs non accompagnés.... Des ceintures de sécurité sont cassées dans les navettes...
Do not book through park via as they are no longer being used by car park ad they have not been paid.
