Refus de nous prendre à l'arrivée alors que j'avais une confirmation de réservation et que j'ai payé en ligne. service vraiment NUL. Vous êtes pas prêt de me revoir et de vous faire de la PUB !!!!

RDV donné au mauvais endroit et information reçue au bout du 2ieme appel et 30 min plus tard. Véhicule navette sale et vétuste. Mauvaise ambiance entre le personnel (conducteur et assistante). Comme annocé, nous ne ferons plus appel à cette Société qui n'a pas le sens du service client.

Très bon rapport qualité prix , personnel accueillant et competent , précis sur les horaires aller et retour ; peut-être un seul petit problème c'est que les véhicules ne sont pas dans un parc clos . Je conseille cet établissement à tous les voyageurs , mes compliments à toute l'équipe

Bonjour, J'etais très surpris de trouver le parking derrière le garage Renault. Je n'ai même pas eu le tps de voir où mon vehicule serait stationné. On ne voit pas le parking, pas très rassurant....

Bonjour juste pour trouver le parc un peu difficile a voir pour indications plus claires. Pour le reste de la prestation rien a dire parfait.
