HOW DOES THE SERVICE WORK

Upon arrival please drive directly to the address provided on your booking confirmation. Once at the car park, go to the entrance barrier and present your booking confirmation to a member of staff. You will then park your car and you can take the shuttle bus that will be ready for you tot take youto the airport.

On the day of your return, please contact the number provided on your booking voucher to confirm your return (when retrieving your luggage or after landing). A shuttle bus will be sent to pick you up and you will be driven back to your vehicule to continue your journey back home!

Directions

You will receive a booking voucher containing the car park's address and telephone number, along with any relevant instructions and directions, upon confirming your reservation. To view the location of the car park, please see the map on the website.

Important

A deposit has to be paid online. The balance has to be paid at the car park in cash or cheques.

surtaxe liée au type de véhicule non mentionnée à la résa sur le site. petites allées et difficile de manoeuvrer, rayure carrosserie et très sale au retour

A éviter. Zero étoile... des incompétants... Ils nous a fallu attendre 1heure avant de partir parce que le parking était complet, il faut attendre qu'une place se libere. A quoi sert de reserver ? Puis attendre que la navette fasse le plein d'essence.. on croit rêver... Au retour. 1 heure pour avoir une navette a nouveau et lorsqu'on appelle pour avoir des explications. On nous parle de bouchons queqle terminal est bloqué. Les navettes des autres parking sont passés trois fois entre temps.. Enfin.. J'avais réservé une place couverte sur PARK VIA mais le parking n'en dispose pas. CONSEIL.. CHOISIR UN AUTRE PARKING.

très bien personnel aimable on a juste attendu 10 min pour partir car plusieurs a partir retour nous étions en retard ils nous on appeler 20 min après ils étaient la nous recommandons

We booked indoor parking but we were directed to an outdoor slot on arrival. When I pointed out that we booked in-door parking, I received a gallic shrug...! Upon return to collect the car, we were told the final bill remained despite my protestations. Furthermore, the 'manager' insisted we paid the balance in cash. I don't recall seeing anywhere that payments had to be made in cash, so I suspect he was pocketing the difference. I will not use Parkcloud again.

For the pick up, It took an hour between the time I called the driver and the time I arrived to the car park.. Also, the staff refused to provide an invoice, which is a legal obligation and only accepted cash for payment.

The location changed with no notification. Indoor parking was unavailable - even though it was advertised and paid for. Pickup upon return to CDG took much longer than expected.
